I am a bit smug about the eating tenet. I don't know why eating is such an ancient principle. I believe that food is an important part of the survival principle.

We will likely die if we stop eating food. I find myself wondering what the meaning of "ancestor" is. How many generations is this discussion?

The Liver Kings is famous for his talk about whole animals. This was a common practice among tribal peoples in ancient times. Some tribes were vegetarians. However, most societies allow us to eat animal flesh.

Then, the Liver King enters the sport of moving . He defines fitness as moving. This includes walking, exercising, or even taking a nap. It has been relatively normal thus far.

This is where we can explore some truly amazing things. First, let's look at the shield. This is the oldest principle.

It states, "WE must defend our families and protect their children from dangers!" That is where I feel a bit tired. It makes me feel like I am following my lead.
