The Liver Kings: A Scam or Not? EXPLAINED

People have been reaching out to us in an attempt to get our attention and to encourage us to react to The Liver King. Brian Johnson is his name, and he is not ACDC's lead vocalist. He is full energy. He talks about finding joy and energy back in the world. This is a great message.

He also discusses healthy eating habits. He shares his nine principles for living like his ancestors.

On my first call-out, he had probably read "Nutrition And Physical Degeneration" (Weston A.). Price, DDS. He has taken the entire information. He applies this information to his website and online business. He's also excellent at copying content.

Weston A. Price was a dentist in 1900 and traveled extensively to study indigenous people. Price studied the diets of these people to determine how they eat their food. Price studied, for instance, how certain communities consumed organ meats to gain vitamins such as MK7 and K2, among others.

Who's the Liver King?

Brian Johnson, also known as Liver King is a well-known social media influencer. He is the CEO at "Ancestral Lifestyle" (and owns several other businesses).

A significant amount of liver was consumed by the 44-year-old, who gained huge fame online. This is not always obvious. However, internet users enjoy strange stuff.

Brian has over 376K followers at the time that Brian posted the last post. Instagram account.

Brian is a self-described "Liver King". He promotes his lifestyle to everyone because he is well-known. Brian, 44, believes in fitness and health. He is also a strong person.

Johnson simply by living the life of our ancestors, Johnson was able to build a strong body and slim figure that has made him a hot target for attention.

9 ANESTRA TENETS

His physique is incredible. He talks about sleeping and how it can be superior to all other principles. This is an excellent message.

I am a bit smug about the eating tenet. I don't know why eating is such an ancient principle. I believe that food is an important part of the survival principle.

We will likely die if we stop eating food. I find myself wondering what the meaning of "ancestor" is. How many generations is this discussion?

The Liver Kings is famous for his talk about whole animals. This was a common practice among tribal peoples in ancient times. Some tribes were vegetarians. However, most societies allow us to eat animal flesh.

Then, the Liver King enters the sport of moving . He defines fitness as moving. This includes walking, exercising, or even taking a nap. It has been relatively normal thus far.

This is where we can explore some truly amazing things. First, let's look at the shield. This is the oldest principle.

It states, "WE must defend our families and protect their children from dangers!" That is where I feel a bit tired. It makes me feel like I am following my lead.

It's like the shield principle, where (head to the side, side-eyes) does not interfere with your hormones. His films often feature plastics. It seems strange that he advises against using plastics.

I would also like to know if he has mercury-filled.

The second one is linking. This tenet reminds us of David Avocado Wolfe's beds, grounding pads, etc., that provide anti-inflammatory effects with magnetic and electrical fields.

Liver King wants us to believe that the natural world is the best place for us. There are some truths to getting out into nature.

This brings us back the chill principle. It states that comfort is not good for our bodies. Take a cold shower. What happened the indigenous people who lived and worked near the Equator's Equator?

Climate and temperature can be affected by geography. I believe it is possible to be more comfortable in the face of discomfort.

There's another Tenet: Sun. Sunlight is a great aspect of going outside in the morning. When the sun hits your eyes, it helps in establishing your cycle. It's a great habit to make every day a positive experience.

The scientific evidence supports this assertion. This is however connected to the Liver King's recommendation that you not floss or brush your tooth.

Perhaps vitamin D is to blame?

But I'm pretty sure indigenous people did floss. Liver King mentions MK4, which can prove to be beneficial.

Next, we will get to the core of our battle. Liver King stated that we will fight and scrape, endure, and win. He states that winning is rewarded with a large dose of dopamine.

This tenet is all about pushing yourself, being confident and progressive, discussing getting the job done. Also, achieving goals and lighting an inner fire. Make a goal of becoming proficient in something, then you can take control of everything.

This brings us to the 9th tenet , the bond. The Liver King claimed that we are all part in more than one thing, giving me a almost socialistic feel to travel, connect with people and create communities.
